403 Requests for Work is probably my favorite course for new teams, so that they can start thinking about streamlining their processes.

This is likely the wrong area for this post - probably Product Feedback or How To. However, I second this idea - it's a great one.
The biggest challenge I face is in convincing teams to move their existing request forms out of Jotform and into Wrike. Wrike does not support any sort of text formatting in the Wrike Request forms...
