Upvoted - definitely would like to be able to make a task template rather than a project. Our workaround is that we use a project template that has one task with a laundry list of necessary subtask...
+1 for adding time stamps - it would be extremely helpful to stamp the time when "clocking in" and "clocking out" of a task.
