Having Customers do the Work (Request Forms)
Recently we have set up and shared request forms with our customer/client. We have the forms linked to a specific folder and custom fields that we typically need filled in. By having them submit the important information (and having the request form linked to our custom fields) it is creating the tasks/information that we need to move forward in our planning process. This has helped us shift from manually adding ourselves, to now the customer doing the heavy lifting. It has saved us a lot of time and resources by shifting in this direction.
