Feature Updates
- User Groups - Increased Group Limit ๐ค
Before: The maximum number of available user groups in the account depended on the number of purchased seats, calculated as "Number of seats+1=Number of user groups.", but all accounts had a hard limit of no more than 200 custom user groups per account regardless of the number of purchased seats.
Now: The maximum number of user groups still depends on the number of seats, but the hard limit has been increased to 5000 - the more the merrier!
- Job Roles - Now Available in Reports ๐
Until now Job roles assigned to tasks were not displayed in reports. They wanted to join in the reporting fun so they're now visible and can be used for grouping tasks. Note that job roles are not available as filters in reports for now.
Fixes
- The Same File Downloaded Twice From Wrike ๐ฏโโ๏ธ
When some of you clicked the download icon next to a file in the files list in task view or in the project/folder info panel, the same file was downloaded twice. Not twice as nice, so we fixed it.
- ย Tasks Created by Collaborators Via Request Forms Were Not Billable ๐ฒ
When collaborators filled out request forms and as a result, a task was created, this task was not marked as billable (even if it should have been). When an account admin used the same request form the task would be billable as expected. Now fixed, all tasks are created as billable when they are supposed to be.
- Blueprints Were Not Duplicated to the Right Location ๐ฆ
When some users duplicated blueprints and wanted to save them to the blueprint folder/project they were saved to Shared with me instead.
Love the new update where we can now use Job roles in reports to plan and resource team tasks.

Lisaย So, I always have my Wrike open - to go to Wrike stars - I have another login - if I am doing a challenge and I click on a "Go There" - it opens the post - but it doesn't open the new window as me - I have to log in again

Hey is there any info on how to report based on roles? I cannot seen to see them in filters or even as a role, Would love to be able to view a project and see its break down of time per role or report on a series of projects and create a summary of roles engaged. Is this possible?ย
Hi Bud Peart, thank you for your question. Job roles are not available in filters in Reports for no. The Product team is aware of this feedback and they're keeping it on their radar for future roadmap updates. We'll be sure to let you know any further updates about this feature ๐
