Project Assets (Photos, website URLs, Doc links, PDF files)
How does everyone handle grouping project assets in Wrike?
Currently, links, images, logos are posted within individual tasks. Sometimes, once the project gets to the designer, they are left digging through tasks to find all of the Google Doc links, website URLs, logos, images, etc., for the project.
I'd like to find a way to group them somehow. Possibly, instead of placing everything in the task, to place it within the main notes area of the project landing page?
How does everyone else handle this?

Have you used the Files view for this use case? This will allow your designer to see all the tasks in a project or folder.

I envision a project instead of individual tasks, with a folder containing all the assets... maybe one task for urls, one for images, etc.?
