Finding Unassigned Tasks not in folders!
I have a report that i created to automatically send me on a daily basis a list of all unassigned tasks. See my post here. The issue i have with the report is that i cannot check the Root folder with this method as it is not an option for reporting. In a perfect world, all tasks would be assigned, and be in a folder, but sometimes it happens that it does not get assigned nor placed in a folder. I think the ability to choose the root directory for reporting would be a big plus.
Thank you for your consideration.

I have a similar problem, when PMs don't put a tag/folder on a task. Is there a way to find that, or a way to configure the dashboard setting to account for those tasks?
PS... I wish Wrike would stop calling them folder assignments, because they are really just tags.

Hello, I think I have similar problem as 1Marjorie.
I had a folder with many tasks and I moved this folder to be a subfolder. After that all tasks disappeared and folder is empty. So I assumed that right now I have somewhere in Wrike many tasks with no folder (/ project / space) added at all (and they are unassigned as they where before changing folder to subfolder). So I went looking for them in "Created by me", but they are not there.
Would anybody know where I can find these tickets please? I searched in all forums for a answer and I am still desperate here, so thank you for any answer :)

I'm also looking for tasks that do not have a project/folder/or space assigned to them; but can't find them. I tried the suggestion Cansu listed above but this doesn't work--I tested it by taking a task and purposefully untagging all projects/folders/space from the task...and it no longer shows up on any table view. So I don't think these tasks how up on table view. My concern is there are other tasks out there that I can't find/don't know of that are missing tags and I can't find them. Can you provide advice, please. on how to locate any tasks that are untagged to a project/folder/space?
Michelle Oetman Look at the Shared With Me section (bottom right of homepage or bottom of hamburger menu) - a place where tasks go when there's no Space/Project/Folder tagged to them (or if someone has shared the Task with you but not the Space/Project/Folder).
Meredith Selden This worked! Before I was using a table view of our space (that didn't work) but a table view of "shared with me" worked.
Thanks for responding so quickly (I didn't under then "hamburger menu" comment though.)
