๐Releases-Date roll-up, creating projects, and lightening fast (09/21/18)
Feature Updates
Create Projects from iOS (and more)
Big news? It's easier to start a request, just click the green + button. Bigger news? Create a Project or Folder directly from the iOS app. There's more, check out the mobile release notes.
Sharing Confirmation
We're being more proactive about telling you that you're sharing an item. You may notice a few more pop-ups asking for confirmation before you send an @mention.
Hide Columns on the New Table View
If you're using the new Table View (in Labs), you can hide any column. Except for the title column, you can't hide that one.
Date Roll Up
Roll-up, roll-up, roll-up. Roll up dates to have a parent items dates sync with the start/end dates of its subitems. Enable the feature from Labs.
Easier to Search on the Desktop App
Use Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F) to search text on a page on the Desktop App.ย ย
Fixes
Emergency Brake Light Syndrome
If you were using MS Teams the text in your description field may have been blinking. Description fields aren't hazard lights, so that shouldn't happen. We fixed it.
Too Fast, Too Furious
When you created a task on the timeline portion of the Gantt Chart and opened it really fast,ย the Task View looked broken and the Workspace froze. That doesn't happen anymore, the Workspace keeps with your lightning-fast clicks.
This is all nice and all. Really looking forward to hiding empty folders in new table view.
Too Fast, Too Furious - yeah.... sorry about that ๐. Thanks for the fix!
Proactively being informed around sharing confirmation is great - but what does it serve for if there is no choice to not share despite wanting to send a message out of the task/project?
Columns in table view: Is there any possibility to continuously change the order of the columns visible? I have a lot of custom fields columns in my projects that I would need at the beginning/left rather than needing to scroll to the right end of the view every time again and in every new view again.

@Anna-Maira,
I guess this feature does not work for what you want.
But I agree to you thought.
I sometimes have ever wanted to send only message (Information) about some project/task to the relating member without sharing it, like you.
If, Wrike has such feature, it is very helpful for us, I believe.

Any update on being able to view the calendar functionality on the iOS app? The experience between the android and iOS are very different and we want to ensure we keep this consistent.ย
Hi Brittney, I can understand your concerns around consistency. The team is looking to develop calendars for iOS as soon as possible. The back-end development for each platform differs greatly so it's a brand new project that may take a little time to do. Keep an eye here for future updates and we'll be sure to update you on the Community when it's ready ๐
