Why can't I untag a task from a project/folder? The name of the folder is greyed out and doesn't have an X when I hover over it.

I think that happens when the person is also shared the parent folders or project.
So is it possible to remove the tag. I have accidentally tagged a task from a completely different project that i don't want in my current one.
Hey @Glen, thanks for reaching out 🙂
You can remove usual tags that aren't greyed out - just hover over the tag and click "X" to remove it. However, there also are so-called "Ghost tags" for subtasks - please check out this post to know more (they can be removed as well by changing the subtask’s location and detaching it from its parent).
Hope that helps 🙌

Hi Lisa,
Thanks. I'm familair with removing the usual tags. What about the greyed out tag. Why does this occur. When creating a new subtask in a different project the suggestion based on other task means it is easy for the use to accidently hit enter on one of these. This is what occurred and now it can't be removed.
Frustrating.
@Glen, please check out this post about the greyed out tags and let me know if that helps!
