Is there a way to see who added (or removed) Custom Fields on a Folder?
Hi All,
As title suggests, I need to know if there is a way to see who added Custom Fields to a bunch of top-level folders - afaics it's not something that appears in the GUI "changelog" with timestamp/person like editing Description or Date etc does.
Basically, as the company's sole Wrike Dev, rather than send out a passive aggressive email to everyone it might be, I would rather just know who and approach them in a spirit of "education" and ensure they get training on why this is not how we use CFs, then will see it is included in future trainings so it doesn't happen again.
Has just caused me a ton of work to undo the mess - they did it all over the place it seems and then people have been merrily putting data in the fields... 😫
Any hints/how-to on if I can get this info from the system greatly appreciated!
hi Angela, are you on Wrike Pinnacle? If so you can go to settings > activity reports > enter dates in question > click on operation > there is an option for custom fields - I am thinking if you click on "added to folder" you would be able to run the report to see what you are looking for!
