Hello Community 🤗
It’s Wednesday again, and it’s time for the next use case marathon post!
This week, we’re discussing how best to manage employee training programs in Wrike.
You work in the HR department or manage a team and you need to create a template to manage onboarding for new employees. This can be done by templatizing the process in Wrike and adding all the necessary steps, instructions, and resources needed for the new hire. It also helps new starters to get used to using Wrike from day one and ensures that everything work-related is on the platform. Remember, if it’s not in Wrike, it doesn’t exist 😊
Employee Training Program & Onboarding Setup
You can start by creating a training checklist template to onboard new team members more efficiently. Make sure you store all information including forms, information about benefits, training material, etc. in one place and set clear expectations about when to get things done by using assignments and due dates. Use Wrike to check in on their progress with dashboards and reporting and maintain communication/coordination as part of their onboarding and training. Use the template and project framework for every new hire so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel each time.
What functionality is being used:
- Folder Structure
- Tasks & checkboxes
- Custom Fields
- Request Forms
