I concur! In addition, we should have more consistent text formatting options throughout the system.
Yes, the more reporting on status durations the better (overall average, average by user etc.) However, since we don't use Workflows, I would be looking for it at the task level.

+1 for me. Cloning is now expected on just about everything these days and most systems accommodate it. Hopefully this will be implemented soon.
My issue is not with emails, it's in the pop-up message that comes up constantly, asking me if I want to complete the associated parent or sub-tasks. I very rarely do!
The time-based filters are great but would be much more useful if we could specify the number of days we would like. "X days from current date"
