This is great, we don't use automation this way with wrike, but do with forms and other items. I will have to look into it again and see if we can utilize it.
I created my own dashboards, one for me and for my employees. We also have custom workflows and overall project statuses, so it's more specific to us and easier to understand where the item stands.

It depends what it is as to who handles procurement. It can be CT, Operations, or CRM. I don't have much to do with it though, so I'm not an expert.
We also have a customized field at the project level called "Priority" and have three levels of High, Medium, and Low. We can report and create dashboards utilizing this field.
We have unlimited PTO and it's just a quick email to our manager. We have a SharePoint calendar that we typically view on Teams or Outlook that everyone can see. If it is an employee that has limit...
