Hi Stephen, I'm currently unable to set the the repetition interval for years. An extra option like in this mock up would work for us:

I second this. Some of our periodic document reviews are planned on a 3 yearly schedule. So Increasing the maximum frequency of recurring tasks would also benefit users from our workspace.
