We do not use it for leave requests - but we do have team members change their name in Wrike to have "OOO" at the end so people know they will be out.
We track risks as tasks in projects with their own workflow. This allows us to track, add comments and assign owners to help mitigate issues.
This was a nice refresher and a great way to look at tracking in a different way. I like the idea of having the projects on the dashboard as well for quick access to projects one in involved in.
