The new Work Templates sound great!
I need to start using this checklist feature! I keep forgetting it is available but have seen my coworkers use it.
As far as I remember we don't have monthly workflows - but always good to learn about another brilliant feature of Wrike!
My top productivity tip? I try not to multi-task. If I start a task I try really hard to finish it. Otherwise I'm jumping around from task to task and not finishing any of them!

My team would use this template to setup projects that have a similar project structure - like for social posts we always have a graphics task.
This is cool - a more organized approach to onboarding. I don't see my department using this however because we are the only department in the company that use Wrike.

I'm still fairly new to Wrike so I'm not sure if my team is using Custom Workflows.
