I agree with this! Our team currently has a number of regular users who we would prefer were collaborators, but they can't function without our shared dashboards - so we have them as regular users....

I also think this would be hugely beneficial. Having to click into another project, copy the permalink, then input that into the task is unnecessarily time consuming.
