Oh no, I just saw this! I'm probably too late for the contest, but I really enjoyed James Clear's session. So many great tips on forming new habits. The %1 methodology makes it much more attainable to make a positive change. I found the point very interesting too that, "one of the most overlooked drivers of your habits is your physical environment". So true!ย

Thank you! Yes, I did receive the email about the sessions being available. On the page where the sessions can be watched, I see all of the sessions except the James Clear session, so I was just curious if that one wasn't going to be available to re-watch. Perhaps it will at a later date, I'll check in again in a few days to see if its available. :)
This session was a really good. I trying to set my self the target on getting this 1% every day stead of worrying about getting a 80 -100% one time only.
