Hi everyone 👋
You may have already seen that we’ve shared an update on the New Wrike Experience with you. This New Experience brings a fresh look to your workspace, making it easier to navigate across Wrike and quickly access your work.
To help you get the most out of the New Experience, we’re very excited to introduce you to the New Wrike Experience Help Centre. This guide is there to support you as you explore the new functionality and all it has to offer.
Just like the Classic Navigation Help Centre (the one you’re using right now), the New Wrike Experience Help Center houses articles that explain how different features work in the New Wrike Experience. It also has an FAQ section and you can search for information related to specific functionality.
If you’re unsure which version of Wrike you’re using (the Classic Navigation or the New Wrike Experience), there’s a helpful explainer there too in the FAQ section 👇

If Wrike looks like this when you open it, with the logo on the left-hand side, then you’re using the Classic version of Wrike:
When browsing the New Wrike Experience Help Center, you’ll see this banner at the top of the page with a link to the Classic Navigation Help Center. This should help you understand which Help Center you’re currently exploring:
You’ll see a similar banner on the Classic Navigation Help Centre pointing to the New Wrike Experience Help Centre:
If you haven’t checked out the New Wrike Experience yet, please visit Wrike Labs to enable the New Wrike Experience and Wrike views. The new functionality is designed for quicker and easier navigation and access to your work.
Please let us know below if you have any feedback or questions, and happy Wriking 🙂
