Adobe plugins constantly log-out, rendering them unusable.
Hi all, we keep getting asked by Wrike staff if we use the Adobe plugins for Creative Cloud - yes we really would use them, and keep reinstallign them and trying them over and over again as a team every few months, and STILL the bug persists where it logs out and there's no auto-fill/auto-complete or simple button to open the login window in a browser to use our saved passwords. Because we never have to enter our Wrike usernames and passwords, no one remembers them, so this feature is totally dead to us. I was encouraged to post this here because this has been going on for years.
Hi there, someone was in contact with us, but i have nothing to share with them, it's impossible to duplicate an intermittent problem. the random logouts *are* the problem. we install the plugin, log in (the problem everyone hates is that we don't know our logins because we never use them, so we have to go to chrome/safari and get our login from prefs each time) then login, and try to use the plugin, only to be logged out again a few uses later. it's frustrating.
My solution suggestion remains the same: have a link that opens a web-browser, where we can allow auto-complete to fill in our login. thus eliminating the need to get our login each time. the pain point is having to login every time, make that easier, and you solve the problem.

In this case, we'll need help from the Support team. Could you please get back to Anton in the Support ticket so that he can look into this further? Even if it is not possible to recreate the log-out every time, providing more information will allow the Support agent to understand what is happening to cause the bug.
