Hi Matteo Bonetti, welcome to the Community ๐Ÿ™‚

Could you please share a bit more detail on what customer info you'd like to have in that portfolio, and how you are then looking to use it?ย

Looking forward to hearing from you!ย

    Ciao Lisaย

    how is it going?

    Thanks for your reply!!!

Yep, let me try to explain:

    - the fields of the portfolio should be: company name, market, where company is located, clients contact details (name surname mail and phone) and a note field

    - we'd like to have something similar to a classic CRM where we can keep updated all the information, create a connection within the portfolio and folder or project on wrike (for the customer). The idea is to have the entire vision of the agency's projects starting from the portfolio.

It's not so easy to explain and for sure my english is not helping me to clarify our needs but I hope these information could help to you to be more focused on my request.

I know that is like "stressing" the classic usage of Wrike, but it could be really helpful to solve some of our organizational issues.

Feel free to contact me for any further detail!!!

    Have a nice day

    Matteo

    Hi again Matteo! ๐Ÿ™‚

Although Wrike is a work management platform and not a CRM platform, I think that what you described can be achieved:

Create a project for every customer - this project can have Custom Fields with all the necessary information like name, location, contact details etc. You can add subprojects to this project that will be actual projects with tasks. Or create a folder for each client (you can add Custom Fields to folders as well), and then add projects to that folder. Yet another way of doing this is having separate folders for client portfolios and client projects and tag the latter with the portfolios.ย

You can also create Custom Workflows for those portfolios with status like "Needs update" for the portfolios that require info updates.ย

These portfolios-projects can have an owner who is responsible for that client.ย

Here are our Help Center articles on the Wrike features that I've mentioned:

Please let me know if you have further questions, I'll be happy to create some mock-ups for you so that it's more visual ๐Ÿ‘
