Sharing of Reports

Currently, you can only share a report created by you. But you can export a report shared with you:

Not really...I need to be able to forward a report that has been created by someone else with the rest of my team.

Have you considered using Report Snapshots? They capture what your Report looks like at the moment the snapshot is taken. When you create a Snapshot, a link is generated and saved in Wrike, and you can share that link with your colleagues, even if they don't have a Wrike account. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately that doesn't help for what I want.

A report has been shared with me...and I want to be able to forward on this report so others can use it whenever they need to also, but it doesn't allow for forwarding on reports created by someone else?

That's correct, Rubin Howdle, only report creators can share them with other team members. And how about if the report creator shares the report with more team members from the beginning? It's possible to share a report with a pre-created user group too.

Hi, I am in the same boat and need to share a ''dynamic'' report link with some one - so I have to go to the report owner each time? I see this question is a couple of years old so wanted to know if this had changed/been improved. Many thanks,
