I've ordered a Yearly Subscription and use more than 14 days.
I've asked support to give me a refund but got this message:
>>the payment as we have a no-refund policy, I am sorry about that.
Ok then, my question was - can I buy a Business subscription? Because on my current subscription I don't have time log.
And got a new message:
>>We have applied the cancellation with the last day of the contract and we can renew your account, I just need to make sure this is exactly what you need.
Guys my question:
I can't get a refund and I am applying for cancelation what I will get by the end?
