Android App Users are not seeing all Custom Fields related to Task

Hello, Android Mobile App users at the company have informed that they are unable to see all the custom fields related to a task. When on either a desktop or iPhone users can see all the custom fields related to a task. Why is this occurring? How can it be fixed?
