    Hey Anita,

If i'm following you correctly, events on the Wrike calendar are controlled by tasks. If the tasks are updated, the events in the calendar should reflect that. If a user can't modify a specific task, then it's a user permissions issue that "should" have a way to work around.ย

Hopefully that helps point you in the right direction. If I'm not following correctly, could you expound and maybe include a few screenshots?

    Thanks!

    Hi Tim,

We are using the classic calendar with the end date and attaching the calendar information to the task/folder. It's not based on any dates in Wrike. So if I need to move something in the calendar, it's not in the task itself. I can't find a way to allow others that I share my calendar with to be able to also edit the information in the calendar.

    Sincerely,

    Anita
