Hey Lisa, these steps do not work. I have my settings as per your image above, but the baseline/snapshot link still defaults to US data format (see image). We are sharing these reports external and getting a lot of push back because of the date format. The only solution we have is to take manual screenshots to create pdfs of the Wrike programme so we can get the correct date format...which is definitely not ideal! Are you able to provide any guidance?
@Tessa Hey, sorry, there are some known issues with snapshot date format, I've already raised a Support ticket for you (details in this thread).

We are also suffering with this issue, as we are in Australia and American dates confuse basically everyone outside the USA.. Would love an ETA?
Hey @Stuart, thanks for reaching out!
I'm raising a Support ticket for you, someone from the team will contact you shortly about this.

Hello,
Can you provide an update on this topic? Is there a solution for this?
We are also experiencing the same, the setup in Wrike is for dd/mm/yyyyy but the snapshots display US date format.
Thanks!
Hi Ana Gomes, and welcome to the Community!
In Wrike, go to your Settings and scroll down on your Profile settings to Language and Region. Make sure that the date format is the same as the one you'd like to see for your users.
Then in your browser, go to the settings and go to change the language. If you set it to English in a region other than the US, it should appear in the dd/mm/yyyy format. Make sure to restart your browser before checking again.
Let me know if this helped! If not, I can raise a Support ticket for you.
