    I think you can do exactly what you're requesting. Just click on the carat or the +- symbol to the left of the item you wish to expand or collapse:

    @Diana,

    Thank you for advising to my Feedback.

    And I'm sorry but my explanation might not be enough.

    Let me explain additionally.

    There is one project like below.

    It seems simple if we collapse all.

     

    If I want to expand only Project1, I have to repeat the actions that was explained ,around 5 times for expand all levels of Project1.

    I did want to request that I can expand all revel of Project1 by one click.
    And after checking the detail of Project1, I want to repeat such action to other sub-projects one by one.

    In case of Big project, it is very messy if all level are expanded at the same time, I think.

    Can you understand the meaning of my Feedback?
