[Status: Released ๐Ÿš€] Team calendar that all can edit

We love the calendar feature, but just found out that only the creator is able to edit it. We have calendars where multiple team members need to be able to add tasks to the calendar. Is this something that's being worked on or is it a possibility to make it happen?

We are facing the same issue, we want to have collaborative calendars where we can all edit.

This is huge - the Smart Calendars require us to change our workflow so that only specific events show up at specific times. The Classic Calendar is great - but not being able to collaborate means one individual has to update the calendar - inefficient and not collaborative.

We agree that it's not best practice for only one user to edit calendars in Wrike. We may create a shared calendar in Outlook instead.

I'm a communications director at a non-profit organization. I created several in-depth public communications calendars using classic calendars (one for each campaign). The fact that nobody on the communications team can add things to this calendar is extremely disappointing. We would have to completely change the workflow for this to work a smart calendar. Please fix this!

We definitely need to be able to collaborate on the calendars with our team members.  The fact that this is not available renders this tool useless at the moment. So we have to use a different tool outside of Wrike.    Please add this feature as soon as possible!!

The reason why my team uses the Classic Calendar rather than the Smart Calendars is due to the fact that we just want to know one specific thing that we are tracking in our calendars. It's kind of like an editorial calendar so that we know which audience we are going to be touching for our email campaigns.

Hi everyone, I have good news: now when you share Classic Calendars, you can define the type of access to the Calendar for the person you're sharing it with:

The users with Full and Editor Access type will be able to add tasks on the Calendar.
