๐Ÿค–Releases-Owner, Calendar filters, and Buckle My Shoe (04/20/18)

Feature Updates

Owner Name on Timeline View

You can now see the Project owner's name on the timeline portion of the Timeline View. Here's to a little more visibilityย ๐Ÿ™Œ. If you have multiple Project owners, you'll see 1 name and a + sign.

1, 2, 3 New Things about Calendars ๐ŸŽถ

1: It's something we've been waiting for, now you can filter by Custom Fields on smart Calendars.

2: You don't always need to see weekends in Wrike, now you can hide or show weekend dates from Calendars.

3: If you use Wrike's Android app and you've enabled Calendars from Labs, then you'll see Calendars on the app.

Wrike Bot Hidden

You no longer see Wrike Bots on the Users and Groups tab. The Bot's still alive and well (making sure your integrations are working, task requests are created, etc), it's just more behind the scenes now.ย

Fixes

Confused Smart Calendars

You couldn't create Smart Calendars on Wrike for Marketers Enterprise accounts. That was wrong and we fixed it.ย

Great update. Bots are still visible in the account management calendar view. For what use?

Hi Johannes, this is simply because it's technically a User with certain rights in your account so it can do it can do what it does best, so it shows up there for reference ๐Ÿ˜Š

It's fair feedback though and we'll pass it to the Product Team when they're looking at enhancements to the Account Management section in the future ๐Ÿ‘
