Automated Report Exports

I would like to add to the above request for Automated Excel Report Exports. In addition to the above, I would like:

    • Ability to schedule the exporting of Report in Excel format multiple times in 1 day.
    • Ability to specify the exact name and location that the resulting Report should be saved on the computer system (not just emailed or put into download folder).
    • Option to have the Report automatically export when data captured in that Report change.

Why do I ask for these things? I am trying to set up a calendar for everyone in my company to be able to view (not edit). Since Smart Calendars are only available from within Wrike (and then only to Regular Users and External Users, not Collaborators), I need to have a way for non-Wrike users to be able to view the Calendar data (start/end dates at the Project level). There is a way to do this manually by exporting a Wrike Report in Excel and then having my calendar application read it, but this is a very manual process now (so will not work for me). To automate it, I need to be able to schedule the Report for multiple times per day (better yet, whenever data changes), and specify the exact filename and location for the resulting Excel Report file that is exported, and have the Report write over the file data.ย

    Thanks for listening.
