Can I add filters to all custom Fields?

Dear WRIKE Team,

In my current WRIKE Tasks view, I have added below custom columns for my daily status updates.

  • COUNTRY
  • ASSIGN TO
  • QC ANALYST
  • FINAL QC AND ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

 But, currently, I am only able to apply filters to below columns 

  • COUNTRY
  • FINAL QC AND ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

I would also want to apply filter to all custom and default columns including below columns.

  • ASSIGN TO
  • QC ANALYST

Can you please advise me on the same?

Hi Kalyan! I noticed that you opened a support ticket with this question too, but I wanted to share the answer here in case anyone else has the same question. At the moment, it isn't possible to filter by user type Custom Fields, but our developers team is looking into this. Currently you can choose to create a dropdown type Custom Field, enter team members' names as values, and apply filters based on these values. Let me know if you have any other questions, I'll be happy to help out with some tips about filtering!

Anastasia,

If I do the Custom Field as a dropdown, can I select more than one option in the dropdown?  (I want to have multiple people selected as part of the "Team" for a task - but not have the task "assigned" to them.)

@Whitney, thank you for posting here! Dropdown Custom Fields can have only one selected option, but I have a couple of suggestions which could potentially help:

  • Checkbox Custom Fields are an easy way to track involved team members, and several different reports can be generated based on this data.
  • If there's no need to report on this criteria, team members can be @mentioned so that their attention would be drawn to tasks they should work on.
