FAQ: Missing Reports Tab?

Reports (and the Reports tab) are available to customers on Business and Enterprise subscriptions. If you can't see the Reports tab, you may be on a Free or Professional subscription. 
 
Check Your Subscription Type
 
Account owners can check the subscription type.
  1. Click your profile image in the Workspace's upper right-hand corner.
  1. Click "View Profile".
  1. Select the "Accounts" tab.
Your subscription type is listed on this page. 
 
Not the account owner? You can see who the account owner is by clicking your profile image in the Workspace's upper right-hand corner. Select "View Profile" then click the "Accounts" tab. The account owner is listed there. You can also reach out to our Support Team, who can tell you what account you're on.
