I'm struggling with this as well. My team doesn't use the Wrike inbox much. We rely more on regular email notifications. Is there a way to trigger an email notification when a guest reviewer has approved or selected changes required? It would be great if there was a way to automate the task status to change based on guest reviewer approvals. Currently, my team is struggling to stay on top of guest review statuses because there is not notification process, and I'm really pushing them to use the guest review feature more to help us manage all the various approvals. If we could add guest reviewer approvals and rejections to the automation feature, that would be super helpful.

If you have an established process of using custom workflows I can suggest creating a Dashboard Widget for guest reviews and selecting viewing tasks with certain statuses to show up there:

Hi @..., thank you for providing your thoughts on a possible solution. I do use custom workflows. If I'm following correctly, you are suggesting a widget in a dashboard set to show tasks that are currently in a specific status. In our case, we use a status called "BU review" to identify that the project is out for review with the business. If I create a widget that just identifies tasks with that status, it won't show them the status of the guest review, though, correct? It's really just a shortcut to their list of tasks that are out in review and they'd still have to manually open each task to see if a guest review is complete. Is there a way to show the guest review status in the widget?

Hi Michelle Sheppard, unfortunately, it's not possible to pull the guest reviews in a widget. There is a possibility to select all the statuses in the filtering option that you have under the guest review workflow. It will then show up on the dashboard. Though please keep in my, in this case, if users choose another workflow then it won't show up on the dashboard.
