Can spaces have their own specific workflows?

We would like to submit a development request for Spaces to have their own separate workflows. We have multiple accounts and Wrike spaces and our list of workflows is getting quite lengthy. We would like a way to only allow users, when they are inside a specific space, to only see workflows that are meant for that space. Basically, a way for admins to make the decision on which workflows show up in certain spaces.

Hello @Kelly Alsip, we've just updated our Space settings and now Space admins can set Space workflows.
 
To open Space settings click on the gear icon on the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
 
 
Select the Workflows tab and pick the Workflow you'd like to use for tasks and projects. Set that as default workflow and you're done!

Hi Cansu,

I am aware of this option, however, when I sign in as a regular user (non-admin) in a Space with specific workflows setup, I then create/add a new project and when selecting a workflow, I still see the full dropdown menu of ALL workflows in the system.  We want them to only see select workflows.  Not the whole list.

Currently, it's not possible to select part of the workflows, so I'll be passing on your feedback to our Product team 🙋🏻‍♀️

Thank you!  We would love for this to become a possibility as we have been taking on more client accounts and feel the need to separate those workflows.  Our workflows and processes in Wrike will continue to grow.
