Allow Admins a setting to configure the email notification timings that would work best for the client.

Currently email notifications are sent within 6 minutes. Allowing admins to have a setting to change the amount of lag time between the assignment and the email notification being generated would be extremely helpful.

For instance, Help Desks may need more prompt email notification of a reported issue where an @mention may work fine with 6 minute notification timing. Each client should be able to configure this setting to meet their own needs for email notifications.

Hi Brenda, thank you for posting your request here! I understand how an instant notification could be helpful in some cases, and I wanted to mention that notifications do appear within a shorter timeframe in the Wrike Inbox. I also wanted to quickly outline the reasoning behind the 6 minute notification gap which is implemented at the moment. This is done to prevent multiple notifications about changes to the same task coming in. For example, if someone goes into a task to change the dates, assignees, description, and add a comment, it could potentially trigger four email notifications. To ensure that doesn't happen, an email is sent 6 minutes after the first change, and it accumulates all of the other changes too. I understand that this might not be ideal for all situations, but hopefully it clarifies the logic a bit. Let me know if you have any other questions about this!
