Show some love for startups!

Hey guys

First, after spending some time with wrike business, I got to say: it's awesome! You really do a great job. It takes some time getting into it and to realize how to use it to its full potential.

And now the but: I really, really wonder why you guys would create a pricing structure that just makes no sense to any startup?

First we have to pay a whole year in advance. Not everybody is funded with millions. And why do you care? It's fully automated anyway.

Second, let's say I have a license for 5 users. And I get a new employee. That almost doubles the price of the software. I realise that this isn't much trouble if you have hundreds of employees, but isn't this actually the point?

I really don't get it, why you guys wouldn't show some love to smaller businesses and startups. Haven't you been there?

Couldn't hurt. They might even grow ;-)

Just some thoughts... I'll be back on square one, looking for another solution.

Hi Fabian, thanks for reaching out. I've shared your comment with your Account Manager (AM) and I'm happy to have someone from the team reach out if you would like to talk to your AM directly. Let me know if that's what you would like to do. I understand if you just wanted to share feedback though, and we appreciate your telling us about your team.

Hi Stephanie, thanks for your response. In the meantime I've decided to go with Wrike anyway.

But still, I'm not looking forward to that moment when I'll have to pay 10 licenses for 6 users... Guess we just have to grow in steps of five, like everybody else 😉

Hi,

This is exactly what we are running into. We would like to use wrike but are only a start-up and do not have the money to immediately pay a year in advance and we are only with 2 users and have to pay directly for 5. Do not understand this at all.

If I could pay for 2 users per month I had already become a customer this afternoon, now we are going to look for another system.

Kind Regards,

I feel like Wrike was for startups before they were billion dollar companies,--now their product is for billion-dollar companies mot as much startups
