WrikeBot - Subtask Completion does not necessarily have any bearing on Primary Task Completion
I'm not sure why the default logic here is that if a subtask is finished that it has any relationship at all to the primary task being finished, triggering a pseudo-helpful prompt into my email notifications.
I use subtasks as just that and the completion of a subtask is of course in the vector of complete, but the completion of any subtask has absolutely no bearing on the completeness of the total project.
If accounting creates an estimate for me on a subtask and completes it when my primary task is tracking a physical object through 10 more steps, the extra email from WrikeBot is not only unnecessary, it's becoming annoying. My primary case has so many other things to do in it before I create another subtask that I need a pack slip to send a repaired object back out, and THEN it still stays active, because I'm not creating sub-tasks for every action I take, I move tasks in and out of multiple folders to track progress.
I agree Brad! We need to be able to disable that notification.
A simple checkbox "don't show again" would be amazing.
Definitely agree here, Brad and Dave. Being able to disable Wrike Bot would be great for my team as well. Can we make this an option, folks at Wrike?
Agree, please add a way to disable the bot.
My issue is not with emails, it's in the pop-up message that comes up constantly, asking me if I want to complete the associated parent or sub-tasks. I very rarely do!
