Hi Chuong, welcome to the forums :) It sounds like you're looking for something like a meeting reminder to alert you a few minutes before the meeting? If you use Google Calendar, then you can use our Google Calendar integration to create an event from a task and then Google can remind you before the event.

Otherwise, we don't have reminder functionality directly within Wrike, but we do have another user, Megan, who posted a request for reminders. If you could +1 her suggestion that helps us monitor how many people would be interested in a feature like this.

It looks like you're fairly new to Wrike, I would love to hear how your roll-out is going. Are you happy with the processes and set up you have?

Hi Sophie, we have an integration for Office Outlook that may work. You can use iCalendar links to add tasks to your Outlook calendar from Wrike.

It's worth mentioning that there was also a recent release, Wrike's Outlook Add-in where you can edit tasks, convert email to tasks and make comments on tasks from Outlook - and more improvements are coming soon. Any questions, I'm here to help!

Are the iCalendar feed and the ability to add tasks to Outlook Calendar still available? When I click on those links (and similar ones in other community posts) I get an error page. Thanks.

Hey @Amy, happy to see you on the Community 🙂

Wrike for Outlook is available, please check it out. iCalendar feeds are no longer available.

Please let me know what you are looking to achieve, I'll be happy to discuss 👐

Hi @Lisa, thanks for your response.

Basically, I've been looking for a way to set reminders within a task that will alert me (in a hard-to-miss way) a certain period of time before the task is due. From reading through other Community threads, it looks like this isn't available in Wrike itself. I was wondering if iCalendar might offer a way to set reminders in Outlook Calendar, as sort of a workaround.

I do have Wrike for Outlook, which lets me get tasks easily from Outlook to Wrike - but as far as I know it doesn't go the other way, from Wrike to Outlook. My organization doesn't use Google calendar, so unfortunately that integration doesn't help.

Thanks for any tips!

@Amy, thank you for getting back to me. Totally understand your use-case, thanks for sharing! There's a Product Feedback thread on task reminders. The status is "Not Planned" for now, but we keep bringing this up and asking for the updates - any news, I'll comment there and let everyone know. In the meantime, you can upvote that post; the number of +1s helps our Product team estimate the growing popularity of that suggestion.
