Give me a way to save email address for report snapshot of non Wrike Users

 

Is there any way to have a set of people that I can email the list to and have it saved in Wrike so I don't have to go dig and retype each email again
These reports are going to be sent to clients that are outside of our Wrike account and I don't want to create a wrike account for each person that is getting this daily or weekly update. 

I have 10 different projects I manage at the same time right now and on each project, there is usually a list of 10-12 people I need to send daily or weekly snapshot of where the project stands. Right now it's easy I do it from my inbox hit reply and all emails are there and snapshot report is in a spreadsheet but I want to move everything to Wrike.

If you can give me a way to save the email address of these recipients would be fantastic.

Hi Armen! That's an interesting request, and while there's no way to save this list in the Reporting tool, it is possible to add all emails at once, separated by a comma. This means that you can save the list of emails in any other place (such as a task description), and quickly copy and paste them whenever a Report needs to be sent out. Would this help?

Of course, I can do that but it would be nice not have to maintain it in two different places.

 

Also, the other issue is the snapshot goes out as a no-reply email I believe that needs to be changed so clients can reply back to the person that sent the email. Is that possibility?

Armen, thanks for following up! I appreciate the clarification. There's now way to change the sender email address, and I know you mentioned that you wouldn't want to invite these clients to your Wrike account, but it sounds like there could be quite a bit of communication going on. Just in case, I wanted to mention that the Collaborator license can be granted to an unlimited amount of clients free of charge, so they won't take up any user seats in your account but will be able to keep conversations going in one place.

I'd love to be able to subscribe an external user to the report, so they'd receive the snapshot every Friday at noon (for example).  Would save us an incredible amount of time!
