add user invite

When clicking on add user the default message is not editable. I would like that email to be editable. My reason is, in our case I want to emphasize with new collaborators I plan to add that they use the Google Sign On option.

Hi John, thanks for your post! While you can't edit the message that is sent to invitees when you use the "Add Users" button at the bottom of the Workspace, it’s possible to edit it when you invite people from the Account Management (which is available only to account admins). To do this:

  1. Click your profile image in the Workspace’s upper right-hand corner.
  2. Select Account Management.
  3. The “People” tab opens, and you can click “Invite User” or “Invite Collaborator” depending on what license you would like to grant. Note that you can enter multiple emails here.
  4. Once you enter the emails click the blue “Invite Users” (or “Invite Collaborators”) button.
  5. A pop-up appears where you can edit the message the invitees will receive. Click “Send now” once the message is ready.

How many addresses can I put in the box and how do I separate them?

Hi John, hope you are doing well! A simple space between emails will work, here’s a quick gif showing what it looks like.


And as for the limit, I recommend doing up to 50 addresses at a time (so as not to overload the system). Let me know if there’s anything else I could help you with.
