Adding photos of my collaborators

Hi Wendy! Thanks for reaching out. There's currently no way for an admin (or anyone else) to change another user's profile picture. However, each Collaborator can upload their own profile picture, instructions on how to do that on our Upload an Avatar page. Please let me know if you have any questions!

From Wendy: Thank you, StephanieI would like to make it a wishlist that an administrator should be able to do that as well (just for the collaborators) – I have some collaborators that are terrified of even being in there never minding having to add their image!! We will have way more collaborators soon and the coloured boxes with initials will get cluttered and there will also be duplicate initials. I also dislike that they can create tasks by hitting the PLUS sign – I feel that should be a privilege only for USERS. We are trying to train them to always use our work order fill-in form. Is there any way to turn that ability off for collaborators only?ThanksWendy

I wanted to keep your message and mine separately, so I'm adding a another comment now. I can definitely understand the value in being able to add Collaborators for other people. I'm going to move this thread to the Product Feedback section so that other users can +1 the request. In terms of creating tasks, only External and Regular Users can create tasks, Collaborators have a more limited set of rights and aren't able to create tasks directly. They can, however, use the green plus sign to submit Requests, and when they do that a task will be created. If that's what's happening, please let me know and I can tell you how to make Request forms available only to Regular Users.
