I feel the Request Form was a great addition to Wrike. It just lacks the ability to make this request into a working ticket for someone to fulfill. Ex. We have people request a laptop via a Request Form to gather their specs. After they make this request, it is handed off to a technician. They have to follow a checklist to make sure all items are completed with that laptop build. Ex. Patches, Antivirus, Encryption, etc. But, the request form does not allow you to have a template added to the request form automatically. We used to do this by just duplicating a template, but just becomes tedious.
