How do I free up space for a collaborator when our account isn't at its limit?
One of my graphic designers (an external user) is getting a message that she has exceeded her storage limits and therefore can't upload anymore. I checked our account storage and we have only used 1 MB of 50 GB available so I'm not sure why this is happening. Any suggestions on how I help her free up some space? TIA!
