Changing Workflow from New Board view

All accounts created after June 29th, 2022 have new board view enabled by default. If your account was created before click here to learn about classic board view.

Overview

Business and Enterprise users can change the workflow of New Board view. Account admins can edit the current workflow from within the New Board view.

Change the default workflow from New Board view

  1. Open a folder, project, or space in New Board view.

  2. Click Workflow in the header bar.

  3. Scroll through the available workflows or use the search bar and select the desired workflow.

Note

Tasks in a status not included in the current workflow will be moved to the furthest right column, From other workflows.

Editing the current workflow from New Board view

Account admins can edit the current workflow from inside the New Board view.

  1. Open a folder, project, or space in New Board view.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Select Edit workflow.

  4. Click Add status to add a new task status.

  5. Name the new status, select a status color, and (optional) choose if you want to only allow manual transitions to certain other statuses.

  6. You can also click on an existing status to rename it or select Delete to delete it.
