Request Forms - Moving request forms and auto-populated mirror fields

Available on Business plus and higher plans.

These new updates enhance the functionality of our Request Forms, aiming to improve user experience and operational efficiency. You can now:

  • Move Request Forms: Transfer forms between Spaces by requesting assistance through our Support team (requires account team approval). You can submit a ticket here.

  • Auto-Populated Mirror Fields: Increase efficiency with automatic data retrieval from Datahub, reducing the need for manual entry in Request Forms. Now, if your request form contains a question about the client and the list of clients is stored in Datahub, once the client is chosen, all related properties such as responsible manager, champion name, feature enablement, etc. could be automatically pulled from Datahub.
