-
Space Overview: View all your projects in a single view or timeline.
-
Folders and Subprojects: Organize and structure your work more effectively.
-
Cross-tagging: Tag items in various locations so teams can see the context of their work.
-
Recycle Bin: Easily find and restore deleted items.
-
Buy Individual Licenses: Add licenses individually, starting with two users and up to a maximum of 15.
The key principle is that we don't alter your data; we simply adjust permissions to restrict access to certain features.
For example, Request forms aren't available in the New Team plan, so we hide the option to submit requests and remove request form settings from space settings and account management. If you decide to move to a higher plan later, all features and data will become accessible again.
Additionally, paid customers on the New Team plan will have the option to trial Business, Enterprise, and Pinnacle plans.
Spaces
If a Business account has more than one space, they will remain unchanged when moving to the New Team plan. There will be no changes to permissions, such as read-only mode; however, creating new spaces won't be allowed.
-
Restoring spaces from the recycle bin will function as it does now on Business accounts, with the folder appearing in Shared with Me.
Custom Item Types
After moving from the current Team plan to the New Team plan, where custom item types have been created, all items will be displayed as tasks, projects, and folders. Users will not be able to create new items other than tasks, projects, and folders. If you upgrade back to a higher plan, the items will revert to their original custom item types.
The spaces will continue to be fully functional. However, you will not be able to convert public spaces to private or vice versa. Additionally, in the New Team plan, you will not be able to create new spaces, except for the personal space that is automatically created.
