What's New in Wrike - September 2024

Our September edition of What's New in Wrike covers the latest updates for custom views, request forms, and flexible effort.

Custom Views - Copy Views To and From Another Location

Available on all plans with Custom Views.

You can now easily copy custom views, including columns, custom fields, and view settings, from one location to another. It’s also possible to copy custom views to other locations (up to 30 locations), as well as copy them to all top-level subprojects and subfolders (up to 1000 locations).

External Request Forms - Save Respondents' Info to Custom Fields

Available on Team and higher accounts.

Previously, the name and email of external request form submitters were confined to the task description or title. Now, a new Contact Info Page allows you to create customizable questions, saving responses directly to text-type custom fields for better data management.

Flexible Effort - Estimate as % of Actual User Capacity

Available for Business and higher accounts.

If your team works less (or more) than 8 hours per day but you still want to estimate their effort in percentage, you can use Flexible effort. Just open the date picker and enter the desired number with % symbol for each person. The effort will be recalculated based on the actual user capacity.

Flexible Effort - Estimate in Percentage in Table View

Available for Business and higher accounts.

Enter a number followed by the % symbol in the Effort column right in your Table view (e.g., 50% for half a day's effort). Note that effort is calculated based on an 8-hour day.
