List View in Wrike
Important
List view is not available on accounts created on June 9, 2023, or after this date. We suggest using the Table view instead.
All users (including collaborators) can access List view.
List view gives you the full visibility of folder, project, or space content.
Note
By default, you see all the tasks within a selected folder, project, or space. You can change that by applying filters.
Use List view to:
Mass edit tasks within a folder, project, or space.
Schedule and reschedule tasks.
Add tasks to folders and projects by dragging and dropping them.
Open folders and project info panels.
Tip
To see tasks from descendant subfolders and subprojects, click the three-dot menu button on the panel above the task list in the upper right-hand corner of the List view and select it to show Tasks from subfolders. Note that this option is visible only when you have subfolders and subprojects in the folder, project, or space you're viewing.
List, Table. Board, Gantt chart, and Files view can also be used to create custom views. A custom view is an editable view that you can choose to make public or private, name, and apply certain filters to as default.
To create a Custom view:
Navigate to the space, folder, or project where you want to create a custom view.
Click the + to the right of the view options and select Create custom view.
In the pop-up which opens, name your view, choose if it should be public or personal, and select from List, Board, Table, Gantt chart, and Files view. Click Create.
In your view you can set filters and save them as default. Set filters as you would normally, click the three-dot button next to the view name, and select Save.
You can also use this menu to revert filters to default, rename, duplicate, or copy a permalink to the view, set the view as default, and delete it.
