Purchasing, Upgrading, and Managing Subscription
There are five types of Wrike accounts:

Free accounts are made for individuals or teams of up to five that need project management software

Professional accounts are great for teams of up to 15 that need increased functionality
-
Business Plus accounts are ideal for teams that want advanced functionality and customization options
-
Enterprise Standard accounts are made for teams that need advanced security options
-
Enterprise Pinnacle accounts are perfect for teams that need the most advanced work management and security features

Below are details on purchasing a paid subscription, upgrading, or updating an account. You can also learn more about what's available in each plan on our pricing page.
Account owners can purchase a Professional account from the workspace:

Click your profile image in the upper-right corner of your workspace

Select Settings from the drop-down menu

Click Subscription in the left panel

Click Purchase subscription
You'll then be able to follow the prompts to purchase a Professional account. You'll be asked to enter your credit card details and confirm your account before making the purchase.
Account owners can purchase Business Plus accounts with up to 15 seats online. To purchase a Business account for more than 15 users, please contact us directly.
To purchase online:

Click your profile image in the upper-right corner of your workspace

Select Settings from the drop-down

Click Subscription in the left panel

Click Purchase subscription
You'll be able to follow the prompts to purchase a Business Plus account. You'll be asked to enter your credit card details and confirm your account before purchasing.

If you want to downgrade your accounts to a lower plan or reduce the number of seats, in most cases, you need to contact your Renewals Manager or Account Manager.
Owners of some accounts can self-downgrade through account settings.
Important
The self-downgrade is available to Professional and Business Plus accounts and legacy Professional and Business accounts that meet all of the following conditions:

The account has a yearly subscription

The account has no more than 15 paid seats

The account doesn't have any add-ons and extra services
-
The contract is renewable
All available downgrade options include:

Business Plus and Legacy Business accounts can downgrade to the Professional plan and/or reduce the number of seats

Professional accounts can reduce the number of seats
Additionally, self-downgrade is available to Wrike Team accounts with up to 25 seats. It's possible to reduce the number of seats on these accounts.

Click your profile image in the upper-right corner of your workspace

Select Settings from the drop-down menu

Click Subscription in the left panel

Click the Update subscription button

A new page will open where you can select the updated number of users under the Select your team size

Select a different subscription plan if applicable

Confirm your decision in the pop-up that appears
The subscription updates that you made during the self-downgrade will become effective on the date of your next subscription renewal.
