Overview

Each user can change their password at any time. To help protect your Wrike account we recommend changing your password regularly.

Change Password

  1. Click on your profile image in the upper right-hand corner of the Wrike Workspace.
  2. Select “Settings” from the dropdown.
  3. "Profile" opens by default.
  4. In the “Security” settings section on the right-hand side, type in your current password and what you would like your new password to be.
  5. Click “Save changes”.

Reset Password

If you forgot your password you can reset it here: https://www.wrike.com/remind.htm.

Tips:

Remember that most common password types are insecure because they are too easy to guess:

  • The name of a pet, child, family member, or significant other
  • Anniversary dates and birthdays
  • Birthplace
  • Favorite holiday name
  • Sport team name (or mascot)
  • The word “password”

A secure password would be a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.

Supported Characters and Symbols

The following characters and symbols are supported in Wrike passwords:

  • Numbers between 0-9
  • Letters A-Z (lower or upper case)
  • Special Symbols: ! ” £ $ % ^ & * ( ) < > ? { } [ ] : ; ’ # @ ~ ¬ ` < > / \ | . , - = _ +
