What's New in Wrike - June 2023
This June edition of What's New in Wrike brings you some exciting updates to the features that you already know and love. We cover the updates to the New Table view, Item view, Wrike Lightspeed navigation, Blueprints, and more!
Available to all users on all accounts.
Check out the new Recent projects and folders in the quick search panel! It shows your latest items, just like Recent tasks. Want to see more? Simply click Show more!
Available in accounts with Business and higher subscriptions.
Blueprints can now be created and managed within spaces. All space members can access the new Blueprints tab in the space settings. Non-admin space members will find a new Blueprints button in the upper-right corner of their space. Here, all space members (except collaborators) can create and edit blueprints.
These new space blueprints are shared with all space members and can be managed by them (except collaborators). Keep in mind, you can only create real work items from space blueprints within the space they belong to. This enhancement is designed to boost collaboration and organization within your spaces!
Get ready for some exciting updates to the Wrike Lightspeed New Sidebar! We've made a few changes to enhance your experience:
-
Introducing the new All my spaces mode. This displays all your spaces in a list within the sidebar. You can reorder them or hide the ones you don't need.
-
The familiar space-selector mode is now called Only selected space. It also lets you reorder and hide spaces.
-
We've added the Space overview button that takes you straight to the space's root for easy access to your space settings.
-
Lastly, the Recycle bin has a new home! It's now located in the menu under your profile picture.
We hope these updates make navigating through Wrike Lightspeed even smoother!
We've added a quick status change checkbox to the Item view. Now, you can easily mark an item as complete by checking this box. It's a quick way to update the status of your tasks!
You can now set up Slack notifications right from the Item view of your projects, folders, or custom items. Simply hover over Connect integration and select Send updates to Slack. Don't worry, the integration works just as it always has. But remember, you need to have Slack integration enabled for your entire account in Apps&Integrations first.
Printing your projects, folders, and custom items from the Item view is now a breeze. Just look for the Print option in the three-dot menu. Plus, from the Item view three-dot menu, you can now open projects, folders, and project-based items in a new tab or full screen.
On top of that, you can now switch default workflows for folders, projects, and project-based items from the three-dot menu in the Item view, which makes workflow management even easier!
In the Table view, you can now reschedule and relocate multiple items all at once. Just select the items you want to adjust, then hit Dates or Location in the toolbar. You can update start or due dates, clear dates if needed, and shift or add items to new locations.
The feature is available in Labs.
We've added a filter panel to the Chart view. Now, you can easily filter the items shown for each metric. It's all about giving you more control over what you see!
